Every Year I love to share a favorite family recipe. This is my Granny’s Sweet potato Casserole. Enjoy !!
4 Cups Mashed Sweet Potatoes ( fresh or canned) I have used both.
2 eggs Beaten
1 T Vanilla
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Melted Butter
Mix the above ingredients and pour into a greased 9 x13 Casserole Dish
1 C Brown Sugar
1/3 C Flour
1 C Chopped Pecans
1/3 Cup Butter
Mix together with a fork until blended, sprinkle over sweet potatoes.
Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
