This was the best training course that I ever attended. It was well worth the money. I know that there are consumers that mention on the FB group page that feel the training for our Juki should be free and I agree that a basic understanding of training should be provided by the dealer. However, I can say from my personal experience, that these consumer training classes include very detailed training that I believe is far far beyond what any dealer can offer, would offer or should be expected to offer for any type of long arm machine. . Karen Pharr is an exceptional teacher. She knows this machine inside and out and more importantly, she has the gift of being able to teach it. I can’t thank her enough for all of the hard work she does for Juki. I think she is a big part of what makes Juki an awesome product. I also want to commend her on the patience that she has with every single person in her class. It’s rare that an instructor can manage all of the questions, various levels of each participants long arm understanding and staying on topic with the lesson. Karen is able to do all of these things and she does them with grace and perfection. If you are ever considering taking these courses. —- you won’t be disappointed.

I’m so taking this….again. I took the 3 day class in OC back in April but lost all my notes and can’t remember everything we learned. My husband got very ill and was not able to use my machine so I forgotten most of what I learned.
